Ok i have an old nes pro pad at home and i was wondering if it is possible to hook it up to ffr or dwi i know u can do this with the playstation one but all i have is the nes 1 so help if u know thx.

nope not possible... go spend $40 on one and $5 on some duck tape... and have fun...

if you want to step to your pc i recommend you do the following:
buy a PRO ps1 dance pad for about £15 ($20-25) and then buy a BOOM PS-USB converter from an import website such as http://www.lik-sang.com
only buy the BOOM converter as the others dont allow dual pesses (IE whenever you need to hit two notes at once ur screwed)
and i havent sed it yet but no ur nes 1 wud b useless. this is just a cheaper alt to 87x's comment
