Ah well, like I have probably said before, I am advancing inside Fruity Loops. Since I feel like FL8 has something to offer for me, reason will probably always have a special place in my heart... Since the thing I am constantly stuck with is "I want this sound, how do I create it!?"...
As I have been struggling with this in the last few years in Reason, and I finally am at a point that I can do just that, it just feels like "I am re-learning" the stuff that I have learned.
The sequencer parts still amaze me with FL8, and thats where I am currently focussing on... When it comes to VST's. I am not really touching them in depth yet, I have seen some nice once, however I still believe that 95% of all VST's just simply suck and really don't do what I need them to do (eg: have a low CPU usage to begin with). So, I simply stick with the 'simple' stuff when it comes to creating sounds. I just build my sounds from the ground up, as I am used to.. no fancy synths.. just a simple wasp, or Oscx since they really do what I need to do to start of with.
Anyways, just to some things up, I have 2 'wips' standing by... here goes 2 links (and no, I am not uploading them to newgrounds since they rather zero bomb me then actually listen to it... which is still the common motto on there I think).
