    Hacks for iPod?

    I was in class today and my friend Peyton pulls out her iPod, but like, the main menu, and all the menus looked different. It was kind of retro-y with neon lightning bolts and stuff, and she said her sister did it, but she herself forgot how to do it...does anybody know anything about it, and if there are more things like that? It's a program I'm sure, but that would be awesome if somebody had a link or something.

          EDIT: I couldn't find anything, it's really hard to navigate that site.

              Could have been the Rockbox firmware.

                  was it an iPod Touch/iPhone?

                  You can jailbreak those and add custom themes and NES and Gameboy, etc.

                  I don't know if they've developed one for regular ipod though

                      As makdaddy said, if it's an iPod Touch, which I'm sure it is, then the person jailbroke it and added a background or theme.
