    cant get purchase songs :(

    Ok so I've been having a problem with getting the purchase songs. I used to be able to get them without any problems, but for some reason, the last fourteen purchase songs to come out have given me this message when i click purchase. "There has been an error purchasing the song. Probably, your account was not debited. Please contact the admin." I've tried contacting tass, synthlight, and maldon about it for a couple of weeks now,but none of them have said anything back or fixed the problem yet. If anyone knows whats going on or how i can fix this could you please help me out? Thanks

      Well, Tass is your best bet.

      If he doesn't see this thread and doesn't respond to PMs, you could always try him on AIM.

      Other than that I have nothing to suggest. :\

              There's not much we can do for this problem... the ffr shop is one of those "vulnerable" spots for people trying to hack, so we have extra protection there. one side effect of that is that it causes issues for some users who have certain firewall or network security settings.

              that is my best guess as to the cause of your issue (as it is for anyone with this issue).

              my best course of action would be to try on a different network, or try toning down your firewall a bit.

                  thanks...i couldnt get it to work at my house so i just went over to sk8r43's house and purchased them there.

                      Yes, this had occurred to me in the past as well. Also as an additional note, if this issue stops occurring one day, and you do purchase it from your computer, it may take up to half an hour before the song appears in your songwheel. I had the same problem as you, but several days later, I decided to try it again and the error message didn't come up. However, there was no song there, and clearing cache or refreshing the page didn't help either. I had to wait almost half an hour before I had a chance to see the song.

                      Hope that gives you a little fore-warning in case it affects you or any other person.
