I'm looking for someone here who has had LASIK eye surgery. I'm writing speech on the topic of LASIK, and, if you're willing, I'd like to ask you a few short questions about the surgery and the after effects.
(Seriously, if I want to interview someone who's had LASIK and I don't know anyone personally, how would I find them? They don't wear glasses, and I don't see any records of such things in these police files...)

1. When did you have the surgery performed?
2. Were there any complications during the surgery?
3. What did you experience during the surgery?
4. Were there any short term issues with the surgery?
5. Do you still have any problems as a result of the surgery?
6. Did the procedure use a laser or a microkeratome cutter (circular blade) to cut your retina?
