If i remix a song, but i dont have rights to it, can it still go up here?
like for example, just splicing audio clips and such.

1. splicing audio clips together is not remixing. try reading up on what a remix is.

2. as someone who has been caught cheating, you're not going to be taken seriously by anyone on this site.
