Okay so about 4 weeks ago, my and my friend Justin pre-order Fable 2.
I put down $50 and he put down $30.
I was too busy to go to the midnight release, so he goes and picks it up.
I say he can play it for as long as he needs, just until he beats it.
and he totally agrees.
But in the meantime, I'm borrowing his Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.
But it gets stolen.
And I just went over to his house yesterday wanting the Fable 2, cause I haven't even touched a case of it yet, and it's been out for more than 3 weeks.
and he says that he's not giving it back until he gets money for his Twilight Princess.
So I try and give him $40 but he says he wants $65.
And says that he has a job, and that that $40 is nothing to him.
And by the way, he wouldn't have ever gotten of his couch if I didn't get him his job.
And I only had Twilight Princess for about 1 week, and I didn't get to beat it.
So let's get this straight.
He gets my Fable 2, beats it, has the FULL experience of playing it, and won't give it back, even though he's not playing it anymore.
and he won't give it back until he has the money for Twilight Princess, which he was able to play, beat, and have the full experience of.
(Just to make this clear, he doesn't even have a Wii to play it on.)
So pick a number.
1: I get Fable 2 back and I give him $40.
2: I have to give him $65.
And I'm 15, I don't have a job.
So money is hard.
And just one more thing, seeing I had already paid about $50 for Fable 2, having to pay another $65 would just be stupid, and for a game he can't even play.
