    Mega Man

    Anyone else think this song is mis-rated?
    I think that it is easier to full clear than many 7, 6, and even some 5 star difficulty songs. Maybe it's just well suited for me, but FFVII is way harder.
    P.S. This is what part of the alphabet would look like if Q and R were eliminated.

      the ratings are set by the people who make the stepfiles. so a really experienced player might think that an easy would be a 5. but to someone else a 5 might be hard. with so many different contributers the difficulty ratings are going to be fairly different.

          ff7 song is harder becuz its longer. almost twice as long, and with different combos at the halfway point, its hard to focus that long. megaman is hard because of all the freakin keys tha com up at once, but caprice an rondo alla turca are much harder.

                  hmm, Mega man came out before any of the uber songs by Hyro here (and now rev by arch of course) so, perhaps netlekwik was optimistic when he gave it thi rating, but true - it is no harder than a 6. it was the first Arcade song i FCd (followed by Zelda, mario of course and eventually, ffvii - yet to FC chrono)

                      Well, you know, Mega Man does deserve a 6 step because of the long charge near the end of the song. Not many people can handle that. And FF7 is not hard after a while, you just have to make sure your fingers go along with the beats. FF7 Boss Theme is available on Kazaa, so listen to it from there. Get the techno remix while you're at it! ^_^
