I'm trying to make some prints on DeviantART, and when I preview said print ( on the site ) it is somewhat distorted.
When I go into Help, it tells me that my image quality isn't high enough.
From the Help Desk:
Yet it says somewhere else:
Should I submit print images as RGB or CMYK?
When I saved a copy as an .rpg, it was not recognized.
Basically, I'm asking; what do I save it as, and how?
The image is certainly large enough, 1000x750 pixels.
I'm trying a 4x6" print first.
When I go to resize said image in Paint Shop Pro, it tells me it's 13x10".
Does anyone on here have experience with DeviantART, high quality photographs or the like?
-Yes, I have tried every option.
-Yes, they are all distorted.

From the Help Desk:
- We accept JPEG and PNG format images. The BMP format is supported, but use thereof is strongly discouraged due to the extreme file sizes it can produce.

- Please submit all source files as RGB.
