    How do I convert AAC to mp3?

    On iTunes, how would I convert a AAC to an mp3?

    There's some website online that will do it for you.

    Or you could burn a cd and then rip it as mp3's.

    Or you could never use iTunes as DRM is crap and the musicians get no money from your purchase.

      Lol i never buy from iTunes, just had a file end up as ac AAC.

          Where do I find the settings for iTunes?
          btw thanks and that download you gave me only let's me convert 1/3 of a song unless I buy it, so I just downloaded Xilisoft Audio Converter...
          Also yeh I didn't where to put this thread, I just thought of music because music files...

                I wouldn't recommend converting AAC to MP3. Any time you go from lossy to lossy, you just make it sound even worse, not to mention AAC is considerably better than MP3 anyway. I'd ONLY suggest you doing that if you:

                1. Cannot find a lossless source (like FLAC or a CD) to rip/encode into mp3.
                2. MUST absolutely need MP3 for what you need, although to my knowledge most DAPs support AAC now.

                  I use Daniusoft Media Converter Pro, it can easily convert itunes files AAC M4P M4V to mp3 with high quality

                    Lossy to lossy will never convert with "high quality." It's like taking a picture of a photograph.
