    How To Get Songs Onto StepMania - EASY

    OK I KNOW THIS A STICKY, but people are still confused about this topic.
    So I made a tutorial, and I think it's really easy, for even the biggest of newbs.
    -
    First save the song from the Simfile Database onto your desktop.

    If you have WinRAR, then just save onto desktop.

    Then open the WinRAR folder and then cut the StepMania song folder and paste it into C:\Program Files\StepMania\Songs.

    If you don't have WinRAR, just download the zipped folder onto your desktop, and then open the zipped folder and then cut the StepMania song folder and paste it into C:\Program Files\StepMania\Songs.

    To get the StepMania song folder into C:\Program Files\StepMania\Songs, go to My Computer and then follow the steps below.

    Then make a new folder inside the Songs folder with the Artist's name of the song you downloaded.
    Then drag the StepMania song folder into the new folder you just made.

    Then just close out of that and play StepMania.

    In StepMania, the song should be there and able to play.

              thats officially the dumbest way ive ever seen do this sort of thing

              you dont even need to save the file ya doof

              just dl the file
              open it with winrar
              extract the folder to stepmania/songs/songfolder

              last tutorial you will ever need pretty much

                      And also seriously, someone didn't know the c drive is, so I just tried make it as detailed as possible.
                      But mostly it ended up as a fail.

                          but damn... someone doesn't know what a c-drive is...

                                  Everytime I see a thread that says
                                  "Okay I know there's a sticky but still.."
                                  It fails 100% of the time.

                                      Well anyways the tutorial is fixed all the way now, and yes Mr. Bob, it was stupid of the copy and paste crap. But im gonna laugh if someone doesn't understand the cutting process.
