I like the cabinet and dance pads (much better than SuperNOVA2's Pad as ive heard around) the theme........ doesn't match the cabinet??

Chit chat isn't the place for this thread.
As for my opinion: I've been playing DDR since I was 9 years old and I personally don't like the new versions as much as the old ones. They pretty much killed DDR by replacing most of the songs with crappy none Japanese songs -_- I also hate how much it looks like ITG. Yeah, I don't think i'll ever play DDRX. -

It does look a lot like ITG. That's the first thing I noticed. I figure that Konami knows they are losing their fan base to ITG and are trying to make DDR more like it to bring them back. It won't work, even though I listen to a lot of mainstream music, when I play DDR, I look for things I don't know. If I am playign a dance game, I expect techno, not Miley Cirus.Funny stuff goes in this area right?Comment

ive played since DDR MAX2 came out. yeah they took out a few of my favorite songs. but in my opinion the cabinet looks pretty awesome. but i hate the theme. its ugly. i might/might not play it. but if it ends up here. ill check out the songs.Comment

NOOOO! Don't ruin DDR even further than you already have!
DDR was good up to Extreme. After that they killed it, stuck a sword through it's heart, if you will. The hardest songs in the game are ridiculous now. Just play NGO on Challenge. There's so many goddamn jumps you get a headache after playing 30 seconds of it. It's possible to pass, but physically I'm sure it's absolutely impossible for anyone to FC it. I also hate songs like Chaos that have random stops that make absolutely no sense - Chaos isn't hard at all physically, it just takes like 100 tries because you need to know when the stops are.Comment

I was wearing my FFR t-shirt once and some guy cornered me in a Gamestop and was telling me all about how they revamped the difficulty system, etc.
I probably won't buy it. If it's the same in the same vein as Supernova I probably won't like it. *shrug*

Aside from what these losers have said about ITG being better (even though it is), DDRX is a great game. The only wrong thing about it is the urban announcer, all of the stupid urban-american crap licenses, and the new rating system.AAA's: 171 (1 + 9)
