    Ceasar Huesca permission

    Today is a great day in the history of FFR ROCK! I have obtained permission from one of youtubes greatest upcoming artists. The one! The only! Ceasar Huesca! (crowd goes wild ahhhhhhhh cheer yea yea yea!)

    The reply specified that he would like to be contacted if I need more information, so i have sent another email asking for a list of songs he wishes to contribute to FFR.

                              does he have any stuff that is his own and not covers? i'm not comfortable using the covers.

                                  yes he has released a CD, I am waiting on a list of usable songs from his CD (I plan to clarify some points when he replies again such as the issue with using cover songs).

                                  EDIT: im also working on contacting some of the artists he's covered but, like most attempts at such things, the likely hood of getting those artists is slim to none.

                                      Nice permission man. Though as Tass said, it's probably preferable to have original content lest the original artists find some way to have a problem with us.

                                      Though if Youtube has no problem with it (they usually remove copyrighted material and all that) then it may still be ok.

                                          yes i did use your template TRD, it makes mass permission requests fast and easy while maintaining a clear and concise message for the receiver.

                                                          I always use the template when getting permissions, makes it extremely easy.

                                                          Great permission, I'll need to hear some of his stuff on his CD and find out what's steppable.
