Can someone give me some good websites where I can find drum 'n bass loops, preferrably mp3 or wav format and free? I have to use them because garageband has terrible drums and if the songs are good I might submit them to ffr, except I won't be making the steps.

Can't guarantee they're all good, but look around and you're bound to find something you like. -
Re: music loops
IMO, i recommend making your beats from absolute scratch. you become more proud of your work that way, and you're also not relying on some beats some guy already made
BUT if you REALLY want some, knock yourself out:
Get instant access to 1M+ royalty-free samples, premium plugins, AI mastering, and music distribution – all inside FL Studio. Plans from $7.99/mo.

Re: music loops
Wow, I didn't read this thread thoroughly; I thought he wanted loops for a game or something.
Yeah, make them from scratch yourself. Download various percussion samples (there's tons of good sites to DL individual snares and kicks and what have you), and umm, use Hammerhead or something to put them together.
That, or get a better DAW, like Breed said. ;OComment

Re: music loops
Like I said, garageband drums are terribly ****ty. It's physically impossible to make a good dnb loop with the presets. Mainly what I'm looking for is actually the generic dnb drum loop.Comment

Re: music loops
Rofl. the only thing i ever use garageband for, is:
1. Finalizing my podcast
2. Cutting a song (for like, a radio edit or something)
3. Creating Samples
Other than that, I dont use it fully as a DAW. for that, i use FL Studio (got really good with that), Logic Pro 8, accompanied by a s**t ton of vst's

Re: music loops
yeah that helps alot, except I don't have FL Studios and I refuse to pay $300 for it. The demo version sucks too.Comment

Re: music loops
lol well, since you sound so new to the internet....
I didnt pay $300 for mine....
And yeah, the demo version is a pain, so I wouldnt bother if you're not using XXL :]
I hear a lot of people having success with acid pro though.....maybe try that out?

Re: music loops
KgZ did you not read what I just posted? Garageband has the absolute shi'ttiest drum beats in the entire world. I know making them is incredibly easy, but for god's sake get me a fu'cking generic dnb/jungle beat. Also to kid mercury, there is no fu'cking way I'm going near FL studios. Way too complicated for me to have the will to figure out. In other words, the only possible program I can use is garageband. Stop telling me to use other programs.Comment

Re: music loops
Jesus Christ dude you're welcome. Fact of the matter is, if you want a good drum 'n bass loop, and you don't wanna use Garage Band's presets, you're going to have to get another program or find someone else's to steal (Newgrounds, it was linked to you).KgZ did you not read what I just posted? Also, not to be an ass, but if you can't find out how to use a program as intuitive as Hammerhead (also linked), 51/50.Last edited by DarkbearX; 09-21-2008, 05:46 PM.Comment

If you want something non-generic, figure it out.Originally posted by hi19hi19dumps abstractly represent the song with arrows

Re: music loops
1.) FL Studio is very easy to use. Somtimes the brain can be useful, if you apply yourself
2.) Tone it down, no need to get so angry.
3.) You're lanuage used in your post is over the line. The appropriate consequences will follow.

Re: music loops
1. how many times do I have to tell you to stop telling me to use fl studios? I literally can't install anything on this laptop because it's the school's. That's the reason I want .wav drum n bass samples. Not the ones on newgrounds, just the generic ones.
2. I will once you mention some loop sites
