We are proud to announce the release of the third and (hopefully) final installment of the VideoGame MegaPack series!
Before we start this off, we have to level with everyone. The VGMP 1 & 2 were not quality packs. They were shoddily put together, accepting almost anything we had gotten just to raise the file count and to get to it's release date quicker. Granted, there were a couple of good files in them, they did not save the 2 packs. However, in this pack, the only judges were MacGravel and Tsuka. We only accepted files that we both found to be fun, to ensure the higest quality pack we could offer. This pack, is far superior to that of it's predecessors, and we're pretty sure it shows clearly. Now, on with the show!
As a matter of fact, this pack has been in the works for more than 1 YEAR! The original kick-off of this pack was July 28th, 2007.
We understand how this may come as a surprise to most of you as you may not even recall an announcement that the pack was even started to begin with... and you would be right, because the pack was never announced... to the public, that is. The reasons for this is that we had decided that in an evolving and growing community, where packs being announced left and right were commonplace, to truly do justice to the VGMP series, we had to keep knowledge of the third pack's existence secret amongst a very select few. These select few were handpicked due to their outstanding abilities to "step" manias, and were also trusted to keep the knowledge of the pack secret.
We also understand that our decision to make the pack's progress elusive to you all may hurt or offend others, but we hope that the decision to do so will incite creativity in some of you all and encourage you to do your best in this hobby we call stepchart creation, and we also hope you enjoy what we have to offer in the VGMP 3. Who knows? Maybe you will have the chance to submit to a future secret pack project?
