I find we are immersed in a world of examples
In which all is as good as understood
Provided that one can find ample samples
Of the notional division which guides our decisions,
And that one can explore the metaphors
Which devise how we define
The measureless messages we receive
From the eyes of our faces and minds--
Treasures truncated by how we perceive
(Under weight dictated by obsolete concerns)
Which dilate toward a united whole as we learn.
