Currently showing Episode 18 on Comcast OnDemand, it's about a war-photographer named Saiga who sneaks into a sex club while he is working with a local newspaper that has many government officials in it, and there finds "The Goddess", who is the 15-year-old daughter Kagura, and the sole heir to the Tennozu Group, which her mother owns. Saiga rescues Kagura, and the two try to get away from her pursuers. Among them is the 'sex-slave' of Kagura's mother, who feels the need to smoke cigarettes made out of 10,000 yen bills.
Mixed in with all this excitement is the Euphoria Factor, which is something in Kagura's DNA that enables the person who receives any of her bodily fluids (usually spit, from being kissed by people in the club), and is also a 'carrier' will have their wildest dream come true, which in Saiga's case is the ability to destroy anything he takes a picture of.
