It was pretty amazing. 15 innings of the best players in baseball fighting it out for home field advantage. What a game.
Anyone watch the all-star game?

Re: Anyone watch the all-star game?
I only watched from the 9th inning and seeing how I'm not much of a fan of baseball, I think I watched enough of it from that one game to last me a looooong time. =DBWAHAHAHA! Mai Waffle-copter; it goes yum yum yum yum yum!

Re: Anyone watch the all-star game?
Watched from 8th-end at my friends house. My god was that game dragged(drug?) out. I wasn't even rooting for a team, I just wanted to see the game end. I'm not a baseball fan so I don't know any players but damn, three errors within two innings I think. That's horrible. Good (long) game.

When the game isn't fun for you anymore, take a break. It's not a job, nobody here is professional and getting paid to play and force themselves to constantly improve... it's a game.

Re: Anyone watch the all-star game?
Watched through the whole thing. During the times Aaron Cook pitched, I kept thinking ugh NL loses again T____T!!!! but they didn't yet. Entertaining, and everything, but I think the home field advantage thing is completely absurd. First of all, pitchers like Webb and Kazmir pitched on Sunday, so they were exhausted during the game. They couldn't really be used, and if they were used, it could screw them over during the regular games and stuff (rest issues, etc). It's also just one game that decides everything. Why can't it be the interleague record, whichever team has the better record, etc.Originally posted by DossarLX ODIWhat's the point of using drugs anyways? I heard they help you relax but that's pretty much it. (Not talking about medicines)Comment

Re: Anyone watch the all-star game?
I agree npv, the home field advantage thing is stupid. I know they want to make it so that the players try in the ASG instead of just blowing it off, but I think home field advantage is a little much.
Poor Kazmir, over 100 pitches Sunday, pitches an inning Tuesday, and they want him to start again Saturday.Funny stuff goes in this area right?Comment

Yeah same with Brandon Webb. I think who ever dominates inter league play should get home field advantage.I agree npv, the home field advantage thing is stupid.
