    Chrono Trigger Remix Here!

    Yeah, named the thread that to hopefully grab some fans' attention, and because there is one.

    DbX - Singing Mountain (DbX Remix) - Pretty basic track. Released this a while ago; never really got the attention I think it deserves, because I don't think I did too bad on it. :| Oh, and by the way, this song was composed by Yasunori Mitsuda for Chrono Trigger. They didn't use it in the game so it might not be noticeable to some.

    And here's my newest track--I tried something a lot different. It sounds okay to me but I dunno:

    DbX - bù xìng

    Constructive criticism on these tracks is definitely appreciated. :)

      Only listened to the Chrono Trigger song: Great synth work sir! Really like the pads and choirs you got going too. Interesting percussive work in the beginning, creative sound usage. Not really feeling your hats or claps though, doesn't seem to synergize well in my opinion. The filter work on that square synth at the end kind of bothered me too, seemed to become almost like a slightly muted piano, which sounded kind of odd. Overall blending seemed smooth, loving the sweeping synths, though you might want to work with the compression of your kick a bit, give it a bit more punchy sexiness. Great stuff man.

              For the synth at the end, sounds okay to me. Probably because I mixed on headphones so the mixing's probably really iffy (same goes for all my songs really).

              And looking back on it, I don't really like the kick either. :P That should be easy enough to fix though. Thanks for reviewing!

                  watever hapened to Chrono Trigger on FFR I realized recently it wasnt there anymore , when i wanted to play it.
