    Great for the App Store

I hope this is the correct section...

I recently upgraded my iPod to firmware 2.0 and was browsing through the App Store when I thought that the addition of a mobile FFR would be a great idea.

I have little experience in Objective-C (coding language for iPod Apps) but I pick up programming languages very quickly, so learning wouldn't be a problem for me.

I thought maybe the app could connect to the FFR database via wifi and you could play FFR on your iPod Touch/iPhone. Maybe a split screen where the bottom is 4 buttons for the arrows and the top is the song.

This could potentially raise money as well if we change say 4 or 5 dollars per purchase at the app store.

    What do you guys think?

This might be more suitable for the FFR suggestions thread.

It sound like a pretty good idea though.

They would have to get new permissions from the bands, and also pay the bands to do such things. I think right now, most of the artists have given permission to solely use their music in the game, and not to be distributed to the public. This insures that if the public likes the music they can go to the artist's website/iTunes account and purchase it.

Edit: I think I might have read your post wrong...meh.

Why not, just have 4 touch buttons torwards the bottom and then have the arrows at the top? I mean they can run super monkey ball on it, can't they?
