i clicked the arrow to scroll through the genres and it jus kept spinning and wouldnt stop until i refreshed :\

I think he is trying to report a bug. Did your computer freeze for about 15 seconds, had 0 credits and there was no song Available?
If that was the case, this bug has already been mentioned and cannot do anything about it for now. Refreshing will only temporarily fix it.

What you said and what he said sounds very different. You say freeze and he says it kept spinning. Sounds like a different problem.
It just sounds like a little one-off-glitch that happened but refreshing fixed it. Though if it happened again and then caused freezing then he may have experienced the problem you described, Destiny.Comment

Nah, this sounds like the bug when the game is first loading and the wheel hasn't surfaced for the first time yet (it will make a noise). If you press either direction 6 or more times without giving the wheel time to resurface in between, it spins infinitely until you refresh, hit Challenge / FFR Shop, or play with the scroll arrows enough to make it stop. Once the wheel has surfaced for the first time after the game is loading, you no longer need to worry about this; it's just when the game is loading.Originally posted by ryanisadoucheComment

actually, i believe that this bug is a result of a minor database downtime... so you try to load your songs, but no songs load... and it bugs out.
refreshing will fix it 9/10 times.RIPComment

Sorry, I thought he meant by spinning song names, not the Song wheel spinning. I would have replied differently if I realised what he was talking about.
It wasn't stated clearly. I believe that the bug I have mentioned spins the song pages and lists each song as "Not Available".

Has happend to me a bunch of times, I'll be scrolling through genre's and it will get stuck and keep spinning. I just refresh and it's fine though.Comment

I'm getting this problem too, except refreshing doesn't fix it. It's just permanently spinning and it won't allow me to select a song no matter how many times I refresh.
