    What constitutes being in the 'latest profiles'?

    I see a lot of people on it very frequently, but most I don't recognize. What is it and how does one get on it?

          ^ Correct
          It shows the profiles with the most recent updates. Random thoughts, uploaded photos, changed background or header, etc.

                              There's nothing on her profile. How could she be updating it all the time if there's nothing?

                                      Her profile is private. On her about me she has how many days old she is, so I guess that's what she updates EVERYDAY.

                                          Actually, you can just go to edit profile, don't change anything at all and just hit update profile, or open up the style editor and hit save changes without changing anything, your profile will be on the main page thing, this is why I'm against latest profile updates or whatever, people just whore it for profile votes/attention.

                                          A lot of people that used to do it stopped, but there's always someone that's going to be doing it as long as that recent profile update thing is there. I just ignore it most the time, unless I see some funny avatar or some loli avatar ;3
