    The World Ends With You

    Came out about 2 days ago from what I've heard. Bought it yesterday, and so far it's AMAZING.
    Soooo, who else owns it? Opinions about it? etc. etc.

    (Feel free to delete if theres already a topic. I'm a lazy ass who didn't check any farther than page 2 :P)

      It sounds quite interesting from what I've read about it, and I could use a new DS game to waste my free time on. =P

      The two simultaneous battles kinda makes the game sound quite tough, IMO.

          I end up ignoring the top screen completely. Forget about Shiki - she's cool and everything in the dialogue, but come on. Every attack with the stylus requires a different movement, monitoring how much energy it takes, and the positioning of Neko. I don't need to be bothered with the stop screen. It's just annoying.

          But I think the game is very good. I'm having a good time playing it and there are some really cool innovations thrown in the mix.

              well i gotta disagree with you, i am able to manage good combos with both and get enough points for fusion attacks without problems, you just gotta follow the puck.

              playing with 2 screens it isn't as tough as it sounds is actually quite easy when you get used to it.

              i LOVE this game, best DS game i played in a while, lots of costumization, great soundtrack, story, dialogue (very informal XD), and innovative gameplay, graphics, and not only that many many hours of fun, if you haven't played this game i recommend you give it a try.

                      Haaaa... I almost feel like starting a new game now :/
                      but it's so fun playing every battle on Level 1

                      I'm currently on Joshua's chapter (2nd game) so yeah. Game's longer than I thought it'd be :P

                      Oh, also curious: Does anyone else besides me abuse the Non-Gaming Time PP option they have? I have all my badges leveled up to Max level because of this, haha.
                      Kinda tedious though...

                          gosh when i got joshua it was like starting a new game all over again because i no longer get rank star on any battle, that's because you gotta focus more on your high and low cards than with shiki, but i'll get used to it i guess XD.

                          and yes following the puck it ain't rocket science XD

                              But I feel retarded, I had no idea the light puck had to do with combos. now I'm getting star rank on Hard mode

                              (Not to mention that I had no idea there was a light going back and fourth between the 2 screens.

                                  I get star rankings when I'm just focusing on Neku. Shiki's complete lack of defensive moves is a huge turnoff.

                                      play a bit more and you'll get one, once you do you an block with shiki then concentrate on her when the puck goes to her.

                                      joshua is the one that bugs me because he evades instead of block
