    Request for a new Games rule.

    This only applies to rate the above avatar/siggy. It should be a punishable offense to post in the avatar thread with no avatar, and the same for the siggy. It isn't happening as much as it used to but it shouldn't happen at all. (Sorry if this has already been said but i didn't see anything =] )

          I'm with blu on this.

          Heck, you get a free 0/10 post that you don't have to think about, and the game continues as normal. I don't see why I need an avatar to rate someone's avatar.
