Hello everyone. I'm looking for someone who can make me a pic so that I can add it as a layout. It's a dragon of some kind that I thought up from an old story that I junked 5 years ago. The way i want it to look shouldn't be too hard. I dont really know how to explain what the format of how the dragon looks is, but to anyone who played The Legend of Dragoon, I want it to have a watery look similar to the pre-battle water swoosh screen. It should look constantly like that. It should be a watery blue in color with a clear yellow lining going down the middle of each arm. I would like the picture of it standing on it's hind legs, with feathery wings fanned out. It's eyes should be a lightish gold. The scales down its stomache should be a reflective rainbowish color. Those are the mains I want for it. Feel free to add anything that would make it look better. I have 90k credits, but I will whore songs to get more if required. Somebody please help me!
