    Dark on != dark

    Why is it that "dark mode" only shades the receiving arrows somewhat black and leaves an outline, while in StepMania "dark mode" actually turns the receiving arrows totally black.
    I thought that the point of turning this on was to have the receivers invisible so that you had to hit arrows solely using the beat.

    i was wondering that too. i was thinking that it would make the arrows invisible so it could make it a bit more harder for me to train on.

      There are some trainers that require the arrows to be completely black, so it was changed from being invisible to slightly invisible so that these trainers don't work.

      "That just will not do." was keywii's response as she lunged for the scissors, pulled the blades apart, and clamped them down on the base of foil's shaft. Blood start gushing out of the wound where his penis used to be.
      "NOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Yelled Foil in horror.
      "Don't worry. I'm a wizard" uttered Keywii. And with that, Foil's penis grew back.

        Hackers ruin another useful idea...
        Dark is the only way I can play, too.
        It gets really annoying when there are little details you can't stop staring at.

          it's likely we'll be removing dark mode completely for anti-cheat reasons. or changing it further.
