Sorry, but it doesn't seem too promising, especially if you're the only person contributing to it. In addition, you state "I am making the steps playable on foot...I'm staying away from the elements in which makes songs to difficult to play on foot, essentially making them keyboard only." Which is it?
Stepping only the guitar is a terrible idea. Layering is good.

Looks like I beat you to the punch, huh? I really don't think SM needs another metal pack.
Makes me think of RaikouRider. In all his rock/metal files all he does is step the freaking guitar. The patterns are good, but the files are boring because they're not layered at all.
