Quite possibly never. As I recall, they never actually sold all of the original top1000 shirts, and so getting them printed again would cause much the same problem.
People who already have one might not want one, people who aren't in the top 1000 certainly won't want one, and not everyone in the top 1000 would buy one.
As a result, it isn't really the best investment they could be making in terms of merchandise, when they could make more shirts/posters/etc that have appeal to more than a small subsection of the population.
Also top 1000 overall rank shouldn't be something that gets made a big deal of anyway, overall rank isn't indicative of anything except playing a lot. Top 1000 average rank perhaps. -

I remember them saying "This will be the last time we print these shirts out." or something to that extent. So, it'll be a long shot for them to decide to make the shirts again.

Yeah, I heard that as well. Although I think he (or someone who would be able to make such a statement) said there's a slight possibility they might bring it back one more time if there's more demand for it.Comment

I think Devonin means the Top-1k is like a skill shirt. I guess it sort of is, but then there is the All Skill T-Shirt.

The problem with pre-orders is that you don't know what it's going to cost until after you order it, and you can't order it until you know how many to order.Comment
