                                                  There's an entire Chinese forum dedicated to StepMania, and probably considering that Chinese people use the Chinese internet, he'd probably find that website first.
                                                  If he lives in the US, or something, then we could maybe direct him to http://www.ddrcn.com, where people speak the same language he does.
