    xX's FFR tournament of funs.....

    OK! well first I'll start out telling you that this is my first tournament so don't hate...

    This tournament is based on highest combo, the person to get the highest combo in my time limit will win for their category.

    Here's the songs.

    EASY: Palindrome (dance page 6)
    MEDIUM: CIA Rave (dance 2 page 4)
    HARD: Vertex BETA (dance 2 page 9)

    If two people have the same combo, I will look at their scores and determine the winner from those.

    If there are two people who tie (say both AAA the song) there will be a tie breaker round for the two (3, 4, etc...) people.

    Post screen shots of your scores in this thread or PM me, only post your FINAL score, what you post is what you get, no exceptions.

    If you are interested in this tournament then post your name and what rank you will be playing in.

    The times for this tournament is you get 3 days when I say its time to post in your scores. Also before this tournament starts I need 20 people to join.

    The prizes go as followed:
    HARD: 1st 3000 credits 2nd 2000 credits 3rd is 1000
    MEDIUM: 1st 2000 credits 2nd 1000 credits 3rd is 500 credits
    EASY: 1st 1000 credits 2nd 500 credits 3rd is 250 credits

    Since this is my first tournament, if I left anything out please tell me!

      You can still do a better job than this for a first tournament.

      At least spell tournament right in the thread title; not joining either.

                      Well I won't join but I'll give you a few tips to make this a little better.

                      1 - Since its your first tourney you shouldn't make this a speed tournament let alone three hours. Make this a rounds tourney that give everyone about 4 to 7 days to submit a score(5 is ideal in my opinion). This will gather more participants definitely.

                      2 - DO NOT...no... NEVER show the song they must play before the tournament starts. I for one wouldn't join because I can't FC vertex beta so why should I join ? Players shouldn't know what song they need to play until the very start of the round since some may hate the songs you chose and won't feel the need to even try. This also makes people whore the song they need to play in advanced and you don't want that.

                      3 - Explain each division more specifically.. Simply easy medium and hard doesn't tell us how you see these categories. Let people know what song difficulty ranges each divisions require.

                      4 - Read the tournament stickies, and if you did, read them again to avoid some of my above arguments.

                      Once you've done all that and made your first post more properly more people will be interested in joining, definitely. You could even look around at other successful tournaments and see how they did it to give you a better idea.

                                      i ALSO THINK YOU NEED TO
                                      1. say that you are open for donations. This allows people to donate and creates a bigger credits pot. It also makes it so you don't have to run the whole thing on your own creds.

                                      2. give more details on rules

                                      3. more time. I think 3-4 days is a good amount.
