For my first suggestion, I think that there should be a page that shows who were the latest people who find a token, and a page that shows who recently earned a skill token. The links would be under "FFR Token Pages" on the front page. This way, people could get tips on how to get a skill token. Also, people could know how easy or hard finding a certain token would be. This would be the format:

Skill Token Earned/Token Found (with picture):
Person who found/earned it:
When the person earned/found it:
Number of people who earned/found it:
#th person to get/find it (for example, 4910th person to find token 22):
