    MLK

The Quote “Anyone can serve” means that any living person, any running animal, any crawling amoeba, or any space-dust speck can help America. But it doesn’t just have to be the country itself. Helping each other is important too. When Martin Luther King Junior stated that anyone can serve, he meant that anybody can do what they can to help one other. He meant that people have to work together to achieve, if not create, a better world than what they stand upon, and that anybody could do so.
Men and women around the world must help each other to not just keep themselves happy, but to keep their children, their family, and their neighbors happy. There should never be any cause not to help another person; because in their situation they would do all they could to serve you. And this, this is true happiness in waves.
And so the cycle starts. Some may recycle all they can, in their effort to keep not just their environment, but everybody’s environment clean. Some may teach in schools, to pass their knowledge of the world to not just one child but many children. Some may write music, in the effort to spread a warming melody to the ears of many, and not just to themselves. And some speak publicly, with the force of more than one million weapons of mass destruction, to influence others into doing what is right, and what is true.
Of course there will always be another person who is sick, another person who is poverty-stricken, another person who is lonely, and another who is confused. But that is exactly why we need to help each other, to serve each other. Because if we don’t, then most likely none else will. And if none else will, then there is no hope within this nation.
So now I ask you and not just you who is reading alone, but all the others around you. Can you serve?

        Overly optimistic, groan-inducing metaphors, vague.
