              I wouldn't say Clockwork Genesis is harder, but Mute City isn't a VC file.

                  Hmm... I unlocked MCR yesterday and I FC'ed it with good (for me) PA in two tries. It seems much much easier than all the other VC songs I've played. I can't even FC clockwork for some reason.

                              MCR, like it's been said, isn't really a VC. I mean, I managed to FC it, it can't be that challenging.

                                          Though that might be a bit extreme, I see where you are coming from. I can black flag Mute City and yet it took me many many times to FC Clockwork Genesis. It is just... weird patterns I guess.

                                              They're both easy. Clockwork Genesis was a homo to AAA though and I havn't gotten around to Mute City Remix. Clockwork Genesis does have weird patterns like bballa48 stated and Mute City Remix is just too easy to be a Very Challenging. I think that they rated it as a 10 because of the 12ths. Other than that it's Challenging material.
