all u need 2 start with is sumthin called "joy2key". itz not very hard to find. u can d/l it from zophar's domain (zophar.net).
obviously, u either got a pad or a joypad, or else u sumhow manage to do ddr with a joystick. either way, u g2 make sure itz plugged in and functioning correctly.
in joy2key, u click the create button on the left, and name it "Flash Configuration", or anything u like. the only keys u need to modify now r the joy1 arrows.
double-click all the arrow keys, then when u need to set them, just press the button u r going to emulate with ur keyboard. itz really easy. youll get it in a few secs. (it took me a little while to understand wut was really goin on).
but thats how ya do it! ffr is way more fun on a pad, and my combos r much higher. however, when i play stepmania, i easily get 500-1000 combo on keyboard, maybe on a oni course like "paranoia brothers."
