    SOCOM 3/Combined Assault

    Just thought I would create a thread for this game so if anyone on this forum plays, it would be fun to challenge other players or maybe create a clan of FFR members heh.

      I used to play. Didn't bother too much with CA. In my opinion S2 was harder than S3 anyways. After playing S2 for a week or so I'd go on S3 in a full 32 Citadel and just dominate, people die easier in S3 so there's no real challenge. I don't think many FFRers play Socom, the only one I've played with is B0nk. If I could figure out why my ps2 won't register my ethernet cable I'd play, but it won't.

              Hahah, GB is a joke. All the judges are 13 year olds. In my experience, probably a good 45% of all clans you face on GB will try to win on a technicality if you beat them. ie. One of your players didn't make it to the game in time, one of your players dc'd in a not full war and the other team's the SEALs so when your player rejoins he's on the SEAL team but left anyways, not all of your players greened up at once.

              I personally hated GB. It's alright for 2v2 and a majority of the time the clan battles are decent, but there's complete douche bags on that site.

                      I was the only legit 5 star, for a total of 2 hours until rank up noobs took it

                          Turn the power off on ps2 and then reset your router with a toothpick or something...works for me.

                              it could be the prongs on the inside of your network adapter or the ethernet port on your ps2 also, one could have fallen off

                                  I was obssessed with Socom 2. I was ranked a legit 150 until rank up came. Man, I think I had something like 1900 hours of just in-game time recorded, not even menu or lobby.

                                  Not a huge fan of 3 though, just too different for me.
