Get yourself a generator...say Bass3...and hook it up to the Master (Shift+Left Click on Generator+ Drag to master)then:

    1. Press F2 (Pattern Editor)
    2. Find Where it says Cutoff Frequency a the bottom left corner general area (It is this area that tells you all those dots do)
    3. With the arrow pad press the right arrow while watching were it said Cutoff Freq. and find Note.
    4. Use your keyboard like a piano, (z=C, s=C#, x=D, d=D# etc.) and punch in some notes.
    5. Press F4 (Sequence Editor)
    6. Press 0 (or whatever pattern it may be)
    7. press F5 to listen to what you created.

the rest is trial and error. And look at the tablets.

Eh, Jewpin. Can you put up a "hooking up keyboard to computer" tutorial?

      Would really appreciate it.

I could...if I knew how. Really, I should learn though. I mean, I have a 700 dollar synth just sitting next to my comp with no real purpose yet (except when I play live).
