Tension

It's biting at me
Eating away sanity

I'm breaking down
Deteriorating my vanity

Like in a thick mist
I breathe in an ocean
sealing my soul
living under an oppression

I await my fate
slowly but surely
for the answer of my true mate...

question: should i stick to free verse? I haven't done many rhyming poems XD
