In this song, located in the purchased genre, you can play it once normally through. But when you click "play again" from your scoring screen the arrows will appear slowly. I don't know if this just happens for me or if it happens to everyone.

The admins (and just the admins) believe that the backgrounds/old, terrible stepfiles/etc. have sentimental value, so don't expect them to be taken out.
