    So this is really annoying...

    I'm playing on a laptop and don't have an external keyboard (I know, this is bad enough as it is already) and I have been having this problem...

    I play 3-finger, 2 hands, and my left wrist goes over the touch pad. During songs, the touch pad gets hit, I click off of the ffr screen, and then the song goes down the drain. Could someone tell me how to turn off the touch pad? That would be great.

    P.S. The "play spread" or "buy a keyboard" suggestions are things I have considered already.

    P.P.S. Sorry if this is the wrong forum, I'm new to this area of FFR.

      You could try to cover up the pad with something it can't detect, but other than that, disabling the touch pad is not the best idea in the books.

      Oh and yes this is the wrong forum.

          try placing something over the touch pad might work otherwise try leaving the cursor on the ffr screen or even better find something small to put over the clicker by the touch pad

              I think you go into the control panel and do something in the settings...I forget, sorry.

                  my laptop had a button that would turn on/off the touchpad. *shrugs*.

                      I used to have this deal because I don't use arrow keys since they're small and broken (I use YGHJ for my laptop because it's the middle of the keyboard).

                      If the touch pad is Synaptics, just go to [assuming you have Windows] Control Panel -> Mouse -> Device Settings -> Settings... -> Tapping

                      From Tapping, uncheck "Enable Tapping"

                      If Synaptics Pointing Device is in your toolbar, then Right Click on the icon -> Uncheck "Tap to Click"

                      If it's not Synaptics... then I can't help you with that...

                          You could also use Autohotkey and remap left-click as something harmless. (but make sure you remap a key as left-click to change it back )
