Re: SGX - Hero of the Grey Area
Hi guys!
Yeap, my new album is out! I talked to Tass and he's gonna help me out by putting a spiffy news story on the front of FFR.
I probably would have spammed about it here sooner, but I had some problems meeting demands for the physical orders from just promoting this at my own site and a few other places like ocremix.org. I'm finally caught up, have a nice stock ready to go, and am ready for orders.
All the streaming samples and downloads (samples + some full tracks), and purchasing info is on this page www.sgxmusic.com/hotga.htm
You can buy from iTunes, off my site for $5 digital, $15 physical, and off of cdbaby.com.
This album is a bit less 'dancy' than my previous stuff and more in the vein of BT's This Binary Universe in that it generally takes its time getting places, has some more abstract sounds and ideas, and is more experimental. However, there are still plenty of hot beats and badass bass synths. Check it out!Comment

Re: SGX - Hero of the Grey Area
Glad you appreciate it. My cart software is pretty flexible and allows me to put options like that in, so I thought, "why not?" I'd say about 80% of sales are still mp3, but I'm glad that a few people get their lossless on.
I will be sending some tracks to FFR from this I hope. If you guys listen and have suggestions for which to send, let me know. I'll probably try to rework some so that they work well in a 2 minute format. I know this album is a bit long-form and not terribly suitable for FFR in its current format.Comment
