When trying to AAA songs do guys recommend I use speakers or headphones? Does it help to hear your fingers hit the keys and keep beat or does it matter? I ask this because my speakers are at my brothers house and i don't want to go out and get them if they wont help any.

I use headphones mostley all the time. I don't know if it maks a diffrence.

I use both. There really is no difference for me because of how much trouble I have AAA'ing anything. Just depends where I'm at. If other people are in the room and would like to hear what they're doing - headphones, if I really don't care what other people think - I blast my speakers.

Speakers, because I don't like to wear headphones when I don't have to. But honestly, sometimes the best way to get good accuracy is to mute the music, rather than listen to it one way or another.Comment

There are pros and cons for each. If you wear headphones, you'll probably be able to hear the music and the beat more clearly. However, if you use speakers, you'll be able to hear keytaps much better.

My computer buzzes wildly (it'll explode soon), so I use the headphones to ignore it and other sounds. For AAAing, don't even use music unless you're doing something with too many BPM changes for keytaps to help.
Music mostly helps with hitting every note and predicting patterns.I fail to AAA.Comment
