      Official ones are by admins or representatives only.
      Unofficial, just ask people to sign up, and organize it, etc.

          you didnt have to make two threads about it. and they were made within 3 min of each other. just have people sign up for your tourney.

                              I am currently running the biggest and possibly the best unofficial tournament known to FFR. Take a look at it, read it's standards, take in its rules, its format, its style and if you have any questions ask me. I'd be glad to help you. I know a thing or two about organization and operation
