Here is the diagram:
Beginner: 19-11-8-6-4-2
Intermediate: 17-11-8-5-3-2
Expert: 15-11-8-5-3-2
Master: 8-6-4-3-2

Here's how it works: This tournament is based on accuracy, not max combo. Here's an example:

account 1 (6-0-0-0)
account 2 (2-0-1-0)
---------------
account 3 (15-0-0-0)
account 4 (21-0-0-4)
If your name is in green at the end of the round, you are moving on. If your name is in black, you will have to play the tiebreaker. If your name is in red, you will be eliminated.
The scoring system:
boo=1 pt
good=2 pts
average=4 pts
miss=4 pts
The players with the highest scores sill be eliminated.

You may request to be placed in a certain division, but if you meet the requirements for a more advanced division, you will not be placed in that division. You may, however, be placed in a more advanced division if you request to. A contestant who meets the requirements for intermediate may not be put in beginner, but can request to be put in expert. There will be a master division if at least 6 masters join. If there is, we will need credit donations!

Here are the requirements:
Beginner: anyone that does not meet the requirements for intermediate and expert
Intermediate: at least 15 AAA's & 50 FC's
Expert: at least 40 AAA's & 100 FC's
Master: at least 150 AAA's & 300 FC's

Here are the difficulties for each division:
Beginner: easiest-difficult
Intermediate: tricky-very challenging
Expert: challenging-FGO
Master: challenging-FGO (I promise they'll be harder than expert!)

I am hoping the tournament will look something like this (this probably won't happen):
Beginner: 25-18-12-6-3-2
Intermediate: 20-12-8-5-3-2
Expert: 16-12-8-4-3-2
Master: 10-8-6-4-3-2
