How do you play against some one online?
i've asked before but no one will tell me.

Sure you can!
Just go to where you play FFR, look near the bottom where the character choices are and you should see this...
Then just click the multiplayer button.
From there it's pretty self explanitory.
If you see those circles without the buttons on your comp. then that means you have to update your version of flash. I had that problem for awhile too.
