Hey I've been here for like a year and I've only really focused on FCs because I can't seem to AAA hardly anything in FFR. I can AAA almost every single DDR song in existence (including ones like Paranoia Survivor MAX, with the controller) but I can't seem to get any AAAs in FFR. Is there anything I could do to improve my PA? Any tips to help me get a lot more AAAs?

play Stepmania. Stepmania has different levels of difficulty built into it that you can choose. the standard is "judge 4"... from what i understand, some older DDR machine are closer to "judge 5" (aka, have harder timing)... but the home consoles are more like "judge 4". FFR, on the other hand, is closer to "judge 3"... aka, the window to get perfects on FFR is wider than that of SM or DDR... this is not taking into account combo breaking window, just perfect window.
the FFR perfect window is 3 frames. 30 framers/second... .1 second, which is about judge 3 on SM. the difference is that FFR is mostly skewed to the early side... it is not perfectly balanced between .5 early and .5 late. if you hit the note late, it's a good. every time.RIP -
