    I need help please. How do u make cool banners?

                      Firstly you'll need a decent version of Photoshop. CS3 is best. Download some good brushes at deviantart.com . Decent fonts at dafont.com . White brushes on a black bg. Renders need to be clean, use eraser if you have a steady hand. colour balance background, blend the render however you like (luminosity used in my banner). Change contrast etc. Chose a text that fits the style.

                              Lol at thread... Look up photoshop tutorials for abstract images and then scale or crop them to size, and add text with blending options, or look for text tutorials.

                                      Umm.. Go to gimptalk.com... I'm sure you could figure something out there... I wouldn't know much, since I'm more photoshop.

                                          Search GIMP tutorials then...

                                          Plus I'm sure you could find some fractal/abstract brush sets. Just look around.
