Contest: Giving prize to someone who makes a decent Banner for me.

Welcome to Flipsta's Banner Making Contest

Prize = Either a Subscription for 1 or 6 months OR a shirt of your choice in the FFR Shop OR monies towards your PayPal with/without 40K creds, whatever the heck I feel like giving.

I bet you are asking, "Well, how can you give others this if you don't even have it yourself?!" Simple: I'll finally be getting that check card I've been asking my dad over and over to sign up for in the bank, since savings card = lameass. Once I get that, it'll then get me a PayPal. And then, *le gasp!* I get what I want!

Anywho, this is yet another one of those "give me a banner plox, lol" threads, but promises more of a decent reward. And don't worry, you only have 3 1/2 weeks to do it. =)

Okay, for the Contest (idea setup taken from windscarredfaith, hehe) :
Well, I'm too lazy to make a profile banner myself, so I'm going to 'bribe' you guys to make one for me. It's basically as the thread title says, make me a banner, I give you a decent reward. =D If there are many I like, I might decide to add a second place prize, but the prize itself will be anonymous. =3




Rules (Uh oh, lol) :

-The banner HAS to have my username in it ("Flipsta" is preferred), and the text has to match the rest of the banner, durr.

-The banner has to match the rest of my profile. You can click my username above my pwnzor avatar to the left to see it. =P I'll be lenient to whatever you have on the banner, so make it whatever you feel like making. It's all on you. =)

-The recommended size for the banner is 960 x 120 px, and therefore should be that size. Any other sizes will be less fortunate of winning, but if I really, really, really like it, I'd let that slide. <3

-Pictures has to be related to whatever I like. Use the following words to give you a clue:

*cats
*Ratchet and Clank
*yellow
*blue
*video games
*techno/alternative

Etc, etc., although this will be open to your creativity, so put whatever you want in it, and I'll do the judging if I like it period. =)

-You can put your username or some other trademark on the banner if you want the credit for other people to see.

-No pornography. I'll give you 1000 creds for taking the risk, but haha, enjoy your ban experience.

And most of all...
-HAVE FUN SILLEH! =D


And, that's about it! The rest is up to your nice, strong, avid young minds that comes to play.

So, you don't really have to sign up or anything... Just upload it as a link onto photobucket or imgshack or some other photo hosting site, and link it in this thread when you want to submit. You can submit as many banners as you want. And guess what? That increases your chances, doesn't it? Think lottery ticket, but more work, lol.


Since we all have lives to endeavor, I'll make the deadline for submission a month from now, Wednesday, November 28, 2007. It'll vary within that week, moving the date 1 day either way, depending on the situation. I'll take about 2-4 days to look them over and announce the winner(s), which would be probably next week. Good Photoshopping (or GIMPing, Corel Arting, Paint-ing [LOL] ).
