Ok, I have seen a few posts about how to make a FFR song, however, they were hard to follow and steps were spread out over many replies. Therefore, I want someone to post in one reply, exactly how you would make a FFR song with the step file.
I know a few things right now, some are

1) What program we need to make step files
a) I think the program is Stepmania, I also hear it may be full of viruses and malware. Is it safe for a PC?
2) Ive got a song that I want to make a step file to, How do I add the steps.
*It would be appreciated if someone can make a walk through of a song, have an easy example such as "Marry had a little Lamb" or something like that*
3) What is generally approved and how can you tell if it is a good step file?
4) How to submit
(I already now, but just tell us again)
