Well, I'm about to attempt to make a main thread for it. As Reach did for 2moons.
www.worldofwarcraft.com World of Warcraft is probably one of the greastest MMO's you'll find. It cost $15.00 a month and $30.00 to buy the game at stores. There are I think about 50 servers and every one has a huge population. Over 7,000,000 people have registered. Unlike almost MMO/RPG's, this game isn't non-stop grinding etc. There are multiple things to do. Quest, Grind, Merchant, Instancing, Perfessions, PvP games in main towns, PvP anywhere if both players agree, and more. Currently all my friends and others are on Bronze Beard, so go to that server.
One thing I love about this game is Alliance vs Horde overall thing. On PvP servers, If a player can live on the way, they can go to a town and start owning everyone. Only lvl 60+ do this. But in every town, there are high level elite gaurds protecting you. Remember this is just in PvP servers. If you don't join a PvP server, you have to attack the person on your land then your both in PvP mode.
The highest level you can become is 70, but I think every extension (huge extension you have to buy) they raise the max level by 10. They come out with an extension like every year or 2.
Classes
Warrior
Rogue
Mage
Priest
Paladin
Shaman
Druid
Hunter
Warlock
And I believe that is it. Most races only have about 4-6 specific choices of what class they can become.
Races
Blood Elf (Horde)
Night Elf (Alliance)
Human (Alliance)
Orc (Horde)
Troll (Horde)
Gnome (Alliance)
Undead (Horde)
Tauren (Horde)
Dwarves (Alliance)
Draenei (Alliance)
Professions
Alchemy (Primary)
BlackSmithing (Primary)
Cooking (Secondary)
Enchanting (Primary)
Engineering (Primary)
First Aid (Secondary)
Fishing (Secondary)
Herbalism (Primary)
Jewel Crafting (Primary)
Leather Working (Primary)
Mining (Primary)
Tailoring (Primary)
Skinning (Primary)
Secondary means usually it is a skill used to get the things needed for a primary skill, or it's just a small skill that helps alot such as First Aid. You can only have 2 Professions. Your profession can reach level 300 and professions are a great way for money. If you get a profession and didn't want to or you want to switch, then just go character and click quit at professions. But you will never get that skill level for it back. Any class, any race, can pick any 2 professions.
Be careful about what classes, races, and professions you pick. Some things help eachother alot. Some good things are troll hunters, orc shamans, blood elf warlocks, undead rogues, and more. Some races abilities help the class ALOT.
Leveling Guide
If you want a leveling guide I got from a guild, email me at beatfreakIIDX@gmail.com. Be happy I would send you this as of it normally cost like 20 or 10 dollars.
FFR Guild
In the future, I plan to make a FFR guild, but don't worry, I will very quickly as of the fact, there is no level requirement and it cost only 10 silver.
