    Buzzing Sound

Whenever I play FFR even with the speakers muted I get a buzzing sound. This isn't just for FFR its also for games such as WoW. I can listen to music and everything is fine but this buzzing sound is VERY annoying and causes me to just plug in some headphones and toss them on the ground so I don't hear it. Anybody know how to fix this? I'm guessing it's my sound card but I'm no expert on this kind of stuff.

If it happens in all games and not just FFR it's probably not FFR's fault. If you hear it through your headphones and your speakers it's probably your sound card.

One other possibility, though: is your microphone turned on? You could be hearing feedback through the speakers from the microphone.

        Or your speakers are damaged.

Sometimes I get that, it's probably just the microphone. It doesn't bother me too much.

I know it's not FFR's fault but I guessed this would be the best place to put it...does this mean I need a new soundcard or could this be caused by this spyware I konw I have for some abstract reason?
